Scope of Work

The scope of work for each service is defined in the estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Services are performed according to the tasks outlined in the approved scope of work.

Requests for additional services that fall outside the original scope may require an updated estimate, additional scheduling, or approval before the work is completed.

Estimates & Project Adjustments

Estimates are based on the visible condition of the property and the information available at the time they are prepared. If additional work becomes necessary due to hidden damage, unexpected conditions, or changes requested by the client, adjustments to pricing, scope, or scheduling may be required. Whenever possible, these adjustments will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Preparation for Service

Clients are responsible for preparing the property for scheduled services. Work areas should be reasonably accessible so services can be performed safely and efficiently.

Excess clutter, personal belongings, or obstructed areas may limit our ability to complete certain tasks within the scheduled service time. If access to certain areas is restricted or preparation is incomplete, those areas may be skipped or rescheduled.

Property Access & Working Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If entry is not available, or if working conditions prevent services from being safely performed, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation according to the scheduling policy.

We reserve the right to postpone or decline services if conditions present safety risks to our team members or property occupants.

Service Results

We strive to deliver the highest quality results possible. However, final results may vary depending on factors such as the age and condition of materials, prior maintenance, permanent staining, or existing damage. These conditions may limit the degree of improvement that can reasonably be achieved.

Photo Documentation

Post-Service Review

Whenever possible, a walkthrough or service review will be completed at the end of the visit. This allows both parties to confirm that the agreed scope of work has been completed.

Service Corrections

If an issue related to the agreed scope of work is identified during the walkthrough or within a reasonable timeframe after the service visit, we will return to address the concern whenever appropriate.

Scope Limitations

This satisfaction policy applies only to tasks included within the original scope of work. Requests for additional services not included in the original estimate or service agreement may require additional scheduling or charges.

Tydal Professional Services Group LLC is not responsible for damage or deterioration that results from normal wear and tear, aging materials, improper installation, or previously existing conditions.

Many surfaces, fixtures, and materials may already have hidden damage, weakened finishes, loose hardware, or structural wear that may not be visible prior to service. While we take care to perform our work safely and professionally, these conditions may occasionally become noticeable during normal service activities.

If our team observes visible pre-existing damage or potential concerns before beginning work, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client when possible.

Our services are performed using professional methods and reasonable care; however, we cannot guarantee that existing damage, aging materials, or prior repairs will not affect the outcome of cleaning, painting, or repair services.

Payment at Completion

Unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement, payment for services is due in full at the completion of the service visit and after the final walkthrough. A valid payment method may be required to be placed on file before services are scheduled.

First Service Visit

Payment for the initial service visit is due immediately following completion of the service unless the client has chosen to prepay for a service term.

Prepaid Service Terms

Clients may choose to prepay for recurring services for a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month term. Prepaid service terms may be offered at discounted rates when available.

Recurring Billing

For recurring services that are not prepaid, a valid payment method may be stored securely in the client billing portal. Invoices for recurring services may be issued prior to the scheduled service date and processed automatically according to the agreed billing schedule.

Additional Labor or Supplies

If a service requires additional time beyond what was estimated, additional labor charges may apply at the current hourly service rate. Charges may also apply for specialty supplies or materials required to complete the work.

Whenever possible, additional charges will be communicated before they are applied.

Skipped or Delayed Services

If a scheduled visit is skipped or postponed and the following visit requires additional time to restore the property to the expected condition, additional labor or supply charges may apply.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If entry is not available or working conditions are unsafe, the visit may be considered a late cancellation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

For recurring services, we request at least 72 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled visit. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to one regular service visit.

Prepaid Contract Cancellations

Prepaid service terms may be canceled with 30 days written notice. Clients will receive a prorated refund for unused services, minus any applicable discounts that were applied to the prepaid term.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a fee of $25 or 10% of the invoice total (whichever is greater).

Returned or Failed Payments

Returned or failed payment transactions may incur a $50 processing fee, and services may be temporarily suspended until the balance has been resolved.

Discounts, promotions, and special offers may not be combined with other discounts, coupons, referral incentives, or promotional rates unless specifically stated.

Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per service period or invoice.

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed services.

Tydal Professional Services Group LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers or discount programs at any time.

Payment Terms

Commercial service agreements are billed in accordance with the terms outlined in the approved quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are issued on a recurring basis and are due per the agreed payment terms (e.g., Net 7, Net 15, Net 30) calculated from the invoice date.

Late Payments

Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may incur a late fee of $25 or 10% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater). Additional late fees may be applied every 30 days on any remaining unpaid balance, in accordance with applicable laws.

Past Due Accounts

Accounts that exceed 15 days past the due date may be subject to service interruption.

Service Suspension

Tydal Professional Services Group LLC reserves the right to pause or suspend scheduled services for any account that remains unpaid beyond the stated payment terms.

Service Continuation & Scheduling Commitment

Scheduled services may continue to be billed during periods of non-payment if staffing and time have been reserved specifically for the client.

Reactivation of Services

Services will resume once:

The outstanding balance is paid in full
Any applicable late fees are settled

Collections

Client agrees to be responsible for reasonable costs associated with collection efforts, including administrative time and third-party collection services if necessary.
