Discount Policy Disclaimer

Discounts, promotions, and special offers may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, promotional rates, or referral incentives. Only one discount or promotion may be applied per service period or invoice. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount or promotional program at our discretion without prior notice.

Cleaning Service Payment & Cancellation Disclaimer

1. Initial Payment • Payment for the first cleaning visit is due immediately after the post-service walk-through unless services are prepaid in full. • Clients may prepay upfront for 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month service terms at a discounted rate. 2. Ongoing Billing & Autopay • Unless prepaid, recurring services will be billed through autopay with a valid payment method saved in the client dashboard. • Recurring invoices will be issued on the business day prior to each scheduled visit. • Non-payment will result in the scheduled visit being canceled for that billing period. 3. Additional Fees • If a cleaning visit requires more time than the selected service package allows, additional labor fees will apply at the current hourly rate. • Charges may also apply for excess supplies or specialty products required to complete the service. • Clients providing at least 48 hours’ notice that a skipped service will require additional time may receive a discount applied only to the additional charges. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Notice of cancellation or rescheduling of a recurring service must be given at least 72 hours before the scheduled visit. • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to one regular visit. • Prepaid contracted terms (3, 6, or 12 months) may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Clients will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the term, minus any discounts previously applied. 5. Missed or Skipped Services • If a visit is skipped (by client request or due to non-payment) and the following visit requires extra time to restore the property, additional labor and supply charges will apply. 6. Conditions of Service • Our staff must have safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry is not available or conditions prevent work, it will be considered a cancellation without notice and charged accordingly. • Hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, unsafe environments) may result in service refusal, with the visit charged in full. 7. Late Payments & Returned Transactions • Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or 10% of the invoice total (whichever is greater). • Returned or failed payments will incur a $35 fee, and services will be suspended until payment is resolved.
